對采用的鋼材、焊接材料、焊接方法、焊后熱處理等進(jìn)行焊接工藝評定并根據(jù)評定報告確定焊接工藝；焊接工藝評定符合《建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接規(guī)程》GBJ81-91;焊工全部經(jīng)過考試并取得合格證，焊絲在使用前清除油污、鐵銹；焊條、焊絲使用前按說明書規(guī)定的烘焙時間和溫度進(jìn)行烘焙：焊縫外形尺寸符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊縫外形尺寸》GBI 0854-89;探傷焊縫條例國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼焊縫手工超聲波探傷方法和探傷結(jié)果分級》Gb11345-89的規(guī)定。

H型鋼組裝采用中間焊點、自動對中組立機(jī)；組裝前，零件、部件全部檢查合格；連接接觸面和焊縫邊緣30-50mm范圍內(nèi)的鐵銹、毛刺、污垢、冰雪等清理干凈。組裝精度滿足國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工及驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)-GB50205-2001規(guī)定。

碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼在環(huán)境溫度低于-16℃時，低合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼在環(huán)境溫度低于-12℃不得進(jìn)行冷矯正和冷彎曲；碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼和低合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼在加熱矯正時，加熱溫度不得超過900℃；矯正后的鋼材表面無明顯的凹痕或損傷，劃痕深度小于0.5mm；鋼結(jié)構(gòu)矯正后的偏差符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工及驗收規(guī)范》GB50205-2001。
